Business Technology Precincts (BTP) are co-location precincts that provide flexible office solutions for businesses to grow. With a focus on fostering connections between like minded businesses, BTP offers small, agile co-working spaces, to fully serviced offices, right up to commercial premises.

The challenge set out for Theola was to produce a compelling video that would effectively showcase BTP's offerings using only stock footage. Brought to life with music, curated sound design and the incorporation of a simple motion graphics treatment, we were able to deliver the project within budget.
